Expert in Structural Design
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will lead a team of junior engineers in the development and implementation of innovative structural designs for various projects.
- Oversee project scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of engineering designs, plans, and documents within quality parameters.
- Develop and review structural design for buildings, retaining walls, and other structures using software tools (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, RCDC).
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management- Provide strategic direction and technical guidance to the structural team to drive innovation and excellence.
- Conduct performance reviews and offer career development opportunities to team members.
- Ensure that engineering designs, plans, and documents are delivered on time and within budget.
- Maintain high-quality standards and compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop detailed engineering calculations, load assessments, and finite element analysis for various structures.
- Prepare and present design proposals and reports to stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on structural matters, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Participate in design charrettes, pre-construction meetings, and construction progress meetings to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
