Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven operations leader to oversee daily activities across various e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate has prior experience working with direct-to-consumer brands, understands catalog/content management, inventory planning, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, optimize, and manage product listings on online marketplaces, ensuring accurate content and compliance with platform policies.
  • Manage inventory workflows, including stock replenishment, order fulfillment, returns, and reimbursement claims.
  • Monitor and improve account health metrics – sales performance, cancellations, late dispatches, and customer feedback.
  • Protect brand presence: handle hijacked listings, unauthorized sellers, and compliance escalations.
  • Prepare weekly dashboards on sales trends, category insights, stock movement, and operational issues.
E-Commerce Operations:
  • Set up and maintain product data, pricing, and images across multiple platforms.
  • Ensure stock accuracy, fill rates, and low out-of-stock situations through close coordination with supply chain partners.
  • Execute promotions, campaigns, and visibility initiatives to drive sales growth.
  • Track platform analytics: velocity, campaign ROI, search visibility, and share reports with leadership teams.
Cross-Functional & Data Management:
  • Partner with supply chain teams for demand planning and inventory allocation across channels.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for launches, promotions, and brand campaigns.
  • Work with finance teams to reconcile settlements, commissions, and claims.
  • Maintain clean, updated product data (barcodes, MRPs, product details) across systems.
Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or related fields.
  • Must have worked with D2C brands (not agencies/resellers).
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce workflows: catalog, inventory, fulfillment, and platform compliance.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to generate insights from data.
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset.
Preferred:
  • Exposure to consumer goods / kitchenware / lifestyle brands.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce advertising tools or paid visibility options.
  • Experience handling 100+ SKUs across multiple channels.
