Job Title: Process Excellence Manager

As a key member of the organization's operational excellence team, you will play a vital role in driving business transformation and optimizing end-to-end processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Business Transformation: Develop and implement an operational excellence framework tailored to the specific needs of the vertical, formulate and manage detailed KPI tables across all businesses, identify and lead improvement initiatives in internal business/operational processes, drive innovation and automation for waste elimination and efficiency improvement, and engage employees in various operational excellence initiatives.
  • Service Delivery: Provide service delivery support to process owners, ensuring adherence to organizational policies/standards, managing people, performance tracking/financial analysis, and headcount management/co-ordination at client sites.

You will oversee multiple projects across different Lines of Business (LOBs), ensuring timely delivery and quality standards, lead a diverse team of 20+ members, including Business Analysts, Process Excellence Leads/AMs & content developers, and foster a collaborative and high-performance culture by setting clear goals, mentoring team members, and driving accountability.

Operational and Process Excellence skills are essential for this role, including identifying process gaps and implementing efficiency-driven solutions to improve workflows and service delivery, working closely with Process Excellence Analysts to standardize operations, reduce inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement, leveraging data insights to track performance, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with internal and client-defined SLAs.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated project/program management skills, extensive understanding of mistake proofing and automation tools, Lean Six Sigma GB certification (or BB trained) as an added advantage, experience in E-commerce/Internet Industry either directly or indirectly as a service provider, and proficiency in project management tools, reporting dashboards, and financial systems.
