Creative Team Manager
We are seeking a Strategic Creative Leader who is an innovative thinker, prolific writer and at the core of it all, a storyteller. The ideal candidate will have a unique perspective on the world and its actions.

- Proven leadership skills and accountability.
- Effective planning of creative solutions and supporting campaign strategy.
- Collaborating with business development to develop value-added creative strategies and presentations for pitches to convert clients.
- Researching and monitoring digital and new media industry trends and competitor offerings to improve current services.
- Through proactive ideation, building client relationships and creative leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead the creative team and oversee the development of innovative campaigns.
- To plan, execute, and evaluate creative projects from concept to delivery.
- To manage and motivate a team of creatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
- To stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- To collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- A strong understanding of copywriting, scriptwriting, creative visualization, and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
