  4. A strong work portfolio that showcases creativity and skill is a requirement for this position.
  5. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to coach and motivate team members.
  6. Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple projects simultaneously is crucial.
  7. Leadership roles within advertising agencies require candidates to have experience in managing teams and collaborating with various stakeholders.
  8. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in presenting creative ideas and solutions to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
