Job Title: Senior Art Director

This role requires a leader who can empower creativity, guide initiative, and nurture collaboration in the workplace. As a Senior Art Director, you will be responsible for leading creative strategy and direction for client campaigns across print, digital, and social media.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and deliver strong brand campaigns by collaborating with copywriters, planners, and client servicing teams.
  • Mentor and guide a team of designers, visualizers, and junior art directors to maintain high creative standards.
  • Present creative ideas and campaigns confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have 6–8 years of experience in advertising/design, strong skills in conceptualization, art direction, and campaign development, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and excellent leadership and team management abilities.

Key Requirements:
  • 6–8 years of experience in advertising/design (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong skills in conceptualization, art direction, and campaign development.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
