Our company is seeking a Growth Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing user acquisition, retention and revenue performance.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive cohort analysis using data from mobile attribution platforms to track user behavior.
  • Calculate and monitor key growth metrics including Customer Lifetime Value, Return on Investment, ROAS, payback periods, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Build and maintain advanced attribution models to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and optimize budget allocation.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to design, optimize, and maintain data pipelines that process large datasets for analytical purposes.
  • Develop complex SQL queries in Snowflake to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets for growth insights.
  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards in Metabase to visualize key performance metrics and provide self-service analytics for stakeholders.
  • Design and execute A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the impact of product changes and marketing campaigns on growth metrics.
  • Partner with client teams to optimize campaigns, identify growth features, and align analytics with business planning.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and benchmark performance.
  • Create predictive models to forecast user behavior, revenue projections, and campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Growth Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar analytical role.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis.
  • Advanced experience with Metabase for creating interactive dashboards.
  • Demonstrated experience with mobile attribution platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Deep understanding of mobile app growth metrics.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies.
  • Experience working as a contractor or consultant.
