Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Power BI UI/UX Specialist who can elevate our dashboards and reports to new heights. This role focuses on crafting visually compelling, user-friendly, and intuitive BI experiences that engage and delight end-users.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI/UX design principles, data storytelling, and Power BI customization, ensuring that every visualization not only conveys insights but also inspires action.

  • Design and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports with a strong emphasis on aesthetics, usability, and storytelling.
  • Apply UI/UX best practices to ensure dashboards are intuitive, easy to navigate, and visually appealing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into elegant visualization solutions.
  • Customize visuals, themes, layouts, and interactions in Power BI to create impactful user experiences.
  • Optimize dashboard performance while maintaining high design quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 3+ years of proven experience designing UI/UX for Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing visually compelling and user-centric BI dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Power BI customization, including themes, bookmarks, and advanced visuals.
  • Solid understanding of data visualization best practices and design principles.
  • Experience in data storytelling—turning complex datasets into clear and engaging narratives.
