About the Role: UI/UX Designer

Were looking for a UI/UX Designer with 57 years of solid experience someone whos been in the game long enough to know what matters and curious enough to keep evolving. You should have worked on at least 10 live website projects where youve seen your designs come to life in real-world launches.

Youll work on real-world digital problems websites, web apps, dashboards, and more collaborating closely with devs, writers, strategists, and founders. Most of our tribe are specialists in one craft but nearly everyone here wears multiple hats. We encourage that. In fact, we expect it.

This isnt a place for routine work. Youll be part of early discovery, messy whiteboards, healthy debates, and tight deadlines. Its demanding. But its also deeply rewarding.

- Expect a couple of detailed conversations with our senior team. We take hiring seriously.
- Resumes without portfolios wont be considered. Your work needs to speak.

What Youll Be Doing

- Designing intuitive and powerful digital interfaces (mostly web)
- Translating abstract requirements into user flows, wireframes, and UI designs
- Collaborating with developers and strategists to shape personalised user journeys
- Balancing brand personality with usability
- Creating systems, not just screens
- Exploring ideas deeply, questioning assumptions, and thinking long-term

What Youll Need

- At least 5+ years of UI/UX experience
- Hands-on contribution to a minimum of 10 live website projects (launched, not just concepts)
- A sharp eye for aesthetics, balance, and logic
- Tools: Figma (a must), Adobe CC, Sketch, or any design tool you love
- Understanding of responsive design, UX principles, accessibility, and user journeys
- Curiosity, empathy, and clarity in communication
- A great portfolio that shows more than just visual polish we want to see thought process, structure, and intent
