Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Power BI UI/UX Specialist. We're looking for someone with a strong background in design principles, data storytelling, and customization. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and enhancing Power BI dashboards and reports with a strong emphasis on aesthetics, usability, and storytelling.

The right person for this role will be able to apply UI/UX best practices to ensure dashboards are intuitive, easy to navigate, and visually appealing. They will also be able to collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into elegant visualization solutions.

Responsibilities include designing and enhancing Power BI dashboards and reports, applying UI/UX best practices, collaborating with stakeholders, customizing visuals, themes, layouts, and interactions, optimizing dashboard performance, and staying updated with the latest trends and features.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of proven experience designing UI/UX for Power BI dashboards and reports
  • A strong portfolio showcasing visually compelling and user-centric BI dashboards
  • Proficiency in Power BI customization, including themes, bookmarks, and advanced visuals
  • Solid understanding of data visualization best practices and design principles
  • Experience in data storytelling—turning complex datasets into clear and engaging narratives
