Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at May I Help You. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the reception area, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception area, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and maintaining a clean and organized space.
  • Provide information to visitors and employees in a clear and concise manner.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scanning documents.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Ensure security by following procedures and controlling access.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Proficient in using telecommunications systems and office equipment.
  • Knowledge of basic office management tasks.
  • Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
