Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our team at MobiServ. As a key member of our Ed-tech growth team, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with top educational institutions, ex-McKinsey, Hotstar, Disney, Deloitte, EY, Byju's, and Paytm employees to drive business growth across categories and territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to optimize sales processes and improve results
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience in sales or business development
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
