Learning Experience Designer

At ADCI - BLR 14 SEZ - F07, we're seeking a skilled Corporate Learning Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and developing learning solutions that cater to the needs of our customers. Your primary objective will be to create engaging and effective training programs that enhance learner capabilities and performance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps and develop training content that addresses these gaps.
- Design and develop learning solutions that align with our business objectives and meet the needs of our learners.
- Conduct analysis to identify key tasks and skills to target in the curriculum and perform post-implementation evaluation on key performance and business metrics.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of program or project management experience.
- 2+ years of working experience in Instructional Design.
- Proficiency in adult learning instructional design methods and best practices.
- Ability to work comfortably on time-bound projects with multiple priorities and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with SCORM files, setting up Learning Management System (LMS) portals, and managing enrollment.
- Proficient with e-learning tools such as Articulate 360 suite or Adobe Captivate; Camtasia, Vyond, and Canva.
