We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to lead our HR function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, talent development, and employee relations. They will oversee compliance with labor laws, develop and implement HR policies, and manage payroll and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent and create a positive onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a workplace culture that promotes collaboration and resolve conflicts promptly.
  • Compliance and Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws and develop and implement HR policies that promote fairness and equity.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Manage payroll and benefits administration efficiently.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems that drive growth and improvement.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Retention.
  • Knowledge of Labor Laws, HR Policies, and Compliance.
  • Skills in Performance Management, Training, and Development.
  • Proficiency in Payroll and Benefits Management.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Leadership and Team Management Abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the beverage or retail industry is a plus.
