This position is about assisting end users with applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. As a technical expert, you will diagnose, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents reported by the users via telephone, chat, email or walk-ins.
You will identify and escalate tickets requiring urgent attention and action. Log all contacts and document all the activities and results accurately and completely within the incident management tool.
A strong understanding of customer service principles and experience working in a tech-related field is essential for this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues related to Mac, Windows, Google work space or M365.
The ideal candidate will have a team-oriented mindset and an openness to constructive feedback. Eagerness to learn new technologies and systems is also crucial for success in this position.
