Job Title: IT Support Specialist

The position involves providing technical assistance to various stakeholders, supporting account directors with critical information and data trends. This role requires a skilled professional who can offer periodic training on helpdesk tools, participate in performance matrix calls, and present innovative ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide training sessions for stakeholders on helpdesk software
  • Engage in regular calls with clients and internal teams regarding performance metrics
  • Present proposals in the CIWG competition
  • Setup FM helpdesk systems in new facilities, including tool creation and user training
  • Distribute daily reports on SLA and fulfillment to pan-India teams
  • Create presentation slides using Microsoft Office skills for MMR, QBR, and ABR

To be successful in this position, you should have a strong background in customer service or data management, with a focus on continuous improvement initiatives, client engagement, and report preparation. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications are essential. As a leader, you should drive and follow through with improvement initiatives, while as a team member, you should collaborate effectively with others.

  • Graduate degree with 8 years of experience in customer service or data management
  • Strong background in continuous improvement initiatives, client engagement, and report preparation
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
