Job Title: Informatica Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our data integration and operations team as an Informatica Developer / Support Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes across multiple business applications.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining Informatica mappings, workflows, and sessions.
  • Performing data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from diverse sources such as flat files, Oracle DB, Salesforce, SAP (RFC/BAPI/OS integration), and others.
  • Executing file validation scripts, encryption/decryption, file creation, and secure transfers.
  • Supporting month-end activities, ensuring timely data loads and reconciliations.
  • Maintaining system performance, troubleshooting ETL job failures, and process bottlenecks.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support inflight projects.
  • Providing operational support for daily feeds across multiple geographies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 3–7 years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter / IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services).
  • Strong expertise in ETL design, development, and performance tuning.
  • Hands-on experience integrating with SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, and file-based systems.
  • Familiarity with file encryption/decryption tools and secure data transfer protocols.
  • Experience handling large-scale data and troubleshooting job failures, connection issues, and performance bottlenecks.
