Strategic Business Insights Specialist

As a Business Intelligence Analyst at PersivX, you'll work with clients and our team to design dashboards, analyze complex datasets and deliver actionable insights. This role combines technical skills with business problem-solving, giving you end-to-end ownership of BI projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities and risks
- Design and build dashboards using PersivX BI
- Partner with business teams to translate requirements into actionable insights
- Conduct business analysis to support data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with product and client teams to enhance BI use cases
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with BI/dashboard tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
- Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python for data analysis
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with large-scale datasets
- Familiarity with advanced BI features such as forecasting and clustering
