About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing beauty cosmetic stores and handling assigned areas. They will maintain relationships with all stores, achieve profitability at the retail outlet channel management & development, and ensure that company processes, systems, and directions are followed by retailers.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing beauty cosmetic stores and handling assigned areas.
- Maintaining relationships and addressing queries of all stores, achieving profitability at the retail outlet channel management & development.
- Ensuring that company processes, systems, and directions in terms of branding, financials, and ethics are followed by retailers.
- Training and explaining the benefits of company products to retail shop owners and key persons.
- Identifying new retailer shop owners who can be added as BC and non-BC stores to sell company products.
- Ensuring that retailers pay distributors on time and take more products.
- Managing distributors and payments from distributors to super stockists.
- Any Graduate degree.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in cosmetics/beauty/similar industries.
- Skill in Sales, Distributor Management, and Channel Management.
