Job Overview:

As a Mobile Analytics and Attribution Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth by leveraging data insights across mobile apps. Your primary responsibility will be to implement, audit, and optimize mobile analytics setups using industry-leading tools like Firebase, Adjust, Appsflyer, or Branch.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and refine mobile analytics strategies to drive better decision-making and revenue growth.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement attribution models that meet business objectives.
  3. Configure and troubleshoot in-app event tracking, conversion tracking, and attribution flows to ensure accurate data reporting.
  4. Align app tracking setups with paid campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other prominent channels.
  5. Support the integration of SKAdNetwork (SKAN) for iOS campaigns and maintain data quality standards.
  6. Investigate and resolve attribution discrepancies across platforms and reporting systems to ensure data integrity.
  7. Design and develop dashboards (Looker Studio, BigQuery, or other Business Intelligence tools) to visualize mobile performance clearly and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
  1. 3-5 years of hands-on experience with mobile analytics tools, preferably Firebase, Adjust, Appsflyer, or Branch.
  2. Strong understanding of mobile attribution models and post-install event tracking principles.
  3. Familiarity with iOS and Android tracking limitations, including ATT and SKAdNetwork.
  4. Experience working with paid acquisition tracking for mobile apps, with a proven track record of driving campaign success.
  5. Ability to troubleshoot SDK integrations, misfiring events, or discrepancies in MMP data, ensuring seamless data flow.
  6. Excellent communication skills to bridge technical insights with marketing needs, facilitating informed decision-making.
