Business Intelligence Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, working with large datasets and developing business intelligence solutions using Tableau or Power BI.
  • The successful candidate will design and build interactive dashboards to enhance visibility and decision-making for internal stakeholders.
  • Responsibilities include conducting deep-dive analyses, managing recurring and ad hoc reporting using Excel and other tools, and providing operational support to the team.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams is also required to identify and clean CRM data, perform whitespace and funnel conversion analysis, and identify market opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics and working with large sets of data & tools including Excel & SQL.
  • Experience in working with Tableau/Power BI, SQL and/or Presto, Anaplan.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and data quality principles.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel & SQL - Experience with financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Process Improvement experience & mindset.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a bias for action.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
