Job Overview:

We're seeking a skilled Senior Data Analyst to lead analytics initiatives in our organization. This role will focus on uncovering insights from sales, inventory, pricing, and customer data to drive strategic decisions and operational improvements. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and present clear, actionable insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse retail sales, inventory, customer behaviour, and pricing performance
  • Build dashboards and reports (Power BI/Tableau) for business KPIs
  • Lead demand forecasting, product performance, and assortment analysis
  • Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and supply chain teams
  • Mentor junior analysts and ensure data accuracy and quality
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management

Requirements

· Bachelor's/Master's in Data Science, Statistics, or related field

· 5+ years in data analysis, with 3+ years in retail/wholesale analytics

· Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

· Solid understanding of retail KPIs, sales metrics, and inventory data

· Experience with POS, ERP, and retail analytics platforms

· Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery)

· Experience with retail forecasting and customer segmentation

· Background in omni-channel or eCommerce environments
