Azure Data Engineer
Key Responsibilities:- Design, build and maintain large-scale data processing systems using Azure technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks and Delta Lake.
- Develop and implement data pipelines to ingest, transform and load data into data warehouses and other analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data governance frameworks ensuring data quality and security.
- Understand business stakeholders' data needs and develop solutions to meet those requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering applying that knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our data practices.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python programming languages.
- Experience with Apache Spark for data processing (Python version).
- Understanding of Delta files and Lakehouse architecture.
- Data warehouse basic knowledge or experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and its capabilities for complete analytics solutions.
