Backend Software Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Backend Software Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. Our cutting-edge technology platform is revolutionizing the property rental sector, and we need skilled professionals like you to help us achieve our ambitious goals.

This role involves developing scalable and secure backend systems using Node.js and TypeScript. You will work closely with our development team to architect, design, and implement robust solutions that meet our customers' needs. Your expertise in distributed systems, microservice architecture, and API design will be invaluable in this position.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development best practices, including DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize scalable and secure backend systems using Node.js and TypeScript.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend components.
  • Contribute to the implementation of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Mentor junior team members on software development best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in building scalable, distributed backend systems using Node.js and TypeScript.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservice architecture, and API design.
  • Expertise in creating secure, scalable RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL endpoints.
  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks, such as React and Redux.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, including Azure.
  • Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
