Student Career Advisor

 

Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Student Career Advisor to help prospective students achieve their career goals in healthcare. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to guide leads through the enrollment process.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls with prospective students to understand their career aspirations and provide guidance on suitable programs.
  • Convert webinar attendees & registered leads into full-course admissions by explaining program benefits, career outcomes, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Conduct structured counselling sessions to identify students' strengths and suggest relevant courses.
  • Manage CRM tools to track lead progress, follow-ups, payments, and EMI schedules.
  • Achieve daily calling targets (200+) and monthly admission goals while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.

 

Requirements:

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 1–3 years of experience in EdTech, Sales, Counselling, or BPO.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.
  • Comfortable with daily call targets and revenue goals.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and basic Excel.

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

  • Daily Calls: 200+
  • WhatsApp Follow-ups: 50+
  • Conversions: 10–15% of leads handled
  • EMI Collections: 100% adherence
  • Admission Target Achievement: Monthly quota as per team goal
