HealthCloud Functional Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business success for our esteemed healthcare clients. With a minimum of 6–10 years of experience, you will leverage your expertise in requirements gathering, solution design, and client education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive client workshops to gather and document precise requirements.
  • Translate complex healthcare processes into elegant Salesforce HealthCloud solutions.
  • Configure and optimize Salesforce HealthCloud, Care Plans, Patient/Provider data models, and workflows to meet client needs.
  • Establish yourself as a subject matter expert (SME) on HealthCloud features, providing valuable insights and guidance.
  • Closely collaborate with Architects, Developers, and QA teams to deliver seamless solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Train client and internal teams on HealthCloud functionality, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization.
Essential Skills:
  • A proven track record of successful HealthCloud implementations as a Functional Consultant.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare workflows, including screening, primary care, and aged care.
  • Expertise in FHIR and HL7 standards, enabling efficient integration and configuration.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into actionable insights.
  • Salesforce HealthCloud Consultant Certification is highly desirable.
