Sales and Retail Position

We are seeking a highly skilled sales representative to promote and sell our collections to offline customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell our collections (ethnic wear, western wear, coord sets, short dresses, etc.) to offline customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, boutiques, and retail outlets.
  • Generate new leads and convert them into long-term customers (B2B and B2C).
  • Conduct product presentations, explain features/benefits, and handle customer queries effectively.
  • Monitor customer preferences and provide feedback to the merchandising/production team.
  • Manage offline order processing, payment follow-ups, and timely deliveries.
  • Represent us at exhibitions, trade shows, and local marketing events.
  • Track competitor activities and suggest strategies for growth in offline markets.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in offline sales, preferably in fashion, apparel, or retail sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of fabrics, silhouettes, and current fashion trends.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Comfortable with field visits, market research, and retail interactions.
  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate (preferably in Business/Marketing/Fashion).
