">Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking an ambitious Junior Software Developer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to be at the forefront of software development, customization, and maintenance.

  • Software Development & Customization: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to design, code, and test hospital management software and applications. Develop modules such as patient registration, billing, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, appointment scheduling, and EMR integration.
  • Application Maintenance & Support: Provide technical support for hospital staff using healthcare applications. Troubleshoot software bugs, errors, and system performance issues.
  • Database Management: Assist in managing hospital databases for patient information, billing records, and medical reports. Write SQL queries for data retrieval, analysis, and reporting.
  • System Integration: Support the integration of different hospital systems such as HMS, Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), Pharmacy Management Systems, and Radiology Information Systems (RIS). Work with APIs and middleware to connect internal and third-party healthcare applications.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Identify bugs, document test cases, and collaborate with senior developers for solutions.

Beyond these key responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various hospital departments to understand software requirements. Additionally, you will provide user training for hospital employees on new features or systems.

Requirements:

  • Education: BCA, BSc in Computer Science/IT
  • Skills: Proficient in software development, database management, and system integration
