MEP Manager – Semiconductor Project

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for a semiconductor manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will have expertise in industrial and high-tech projects.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading all MEP activities including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, utilities, and process piping.
  • Coordinating with design consultants, contractors, and equipment vendors.
  • Overseeing installation, testing, and commissioning of critical systems.
  • Evaluating project progress, managing schedules, controlling costs, and providing regular updates.
  • Implementing quality control and safety protocols specific to semiconductor facilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP works, with at least 5 years in semiconductor / high-tech / cleanroom projects.
  • Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM), AutoCAD, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
