The Role

We're seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team and drive growth in the architecture and engineering services market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing and maintaining existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets in the assigned geography/accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with Architects, Consultants, and Contractors to support their projects
  • Leverage network and contacts to explore business opportunities, identify target accounts, generate prospect funnels, handle sales cycles, map accounts, and close business
  • Create plans to address markets and execute them to achieve business/revenue targets
  • Manage the sales process for new business opportunities in assigned geographies/accounts
Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience in sales or project management in architecture/engineering services (e.g., BIM, Structural Engineering, MEP Services), including cold calling, meeting with clients, and making sales presentations
  • A proven ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong negotiation skills, communication and presentation skills, and CRM experience is preferred
  • A willingness to travel, ability to work independently, self-motivated and results-driven
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
