About the Role
The successful candidate will have extensive experience with MS Dynamics CRM, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Dynamics CRM instances.
- Monitor CRM system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability, manage CRM security, including user roles and permissions.
- Conduct regular system audits and apply necessary updates and patches.
- Customize CRM forms, views, dashboards, and workflows to meet business requirements, develop and maintain custom entities, plugins, and integrations using CRM SDK and development tools.
- Implement business rules and automation processes within the CRM, oversee data imports, exports, and migrations.
- Maintain data integrity and quality through regular checks and validations, develop and implement data management policies and procedures.
