Demand Generation Lead

We are looking for a seasoned Demand Generation Lead to join our team at Animaker Inc. As a key player in our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving product growth and revenue through the development and execution of marketing campaigns. This includes designing and implementing comprehensive lead generation strategies to build and expand the sales pipeline, focusing on the US market or Western countries. You will also be responsible for getting into product, industry, and customer research to understand the persona, pain points, and implementing customer journey flow that impacts the product. Additionally, you will develop and execute targeted campaigns to engage high-value accounts and decision-makers, work with cross-functional teams to create impactful messaging, offers, and content for campaigns that resonate with key personas, own the lead qualification process and ensure effective lead handoff to the sales team, collaborate with the sales team to align on target accounts, sales goals, and campaign objectives, ensuring effective pipeline handoff and conversion, continuously optimize lead generation processes by experimenting with new tactics, channels, and technologies to improve lead quality and pipeline efficiency, own and handle online assets including website, social media, and all online properties/initiatives, and be the voice of the customer to the company and help build the product roadmap.
The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of prior demonstrable experience in product marketing/digital marketing, a strong understanding of B2B demand generation strategies, including cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and lead nurturing, ability to strategize and create content relevant to a specific audience, able to ramp up quickly on new technologies, self-directed and operates with urgency, focus, and discipline, demonstrate strategic thinking and thought leadership, as well as ability to lead initiatives through implementation, a track record of success in the design and execution of cross-functional projects, good knowledge of English (written and oral) and good communication skills with good interpersonal skills, strong writing skills and ability to present concepts verbally
