We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our SAP Ariba Sourcing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in sourcing and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement and configure SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Oversee end-to-end sourcing processes including RFx, auctions, contract management and supplier collaboration.
  • Integrate SAP Ariba with SAP ERP / S4 HANA and other systems as required.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on sourcing workflows, templates and approvals.
  • Conduct system testing, training and user support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Ariba Sourcing functionality.
  • Stay updated on SAP Ariba product enhancements and recommend best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of SAP experience, with 3+ years in SAP Ariba Sourcing.
  • Hands-on experience with Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management).
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes.
  • Experience with Ariba upstream solutions (Sourcing, Contract Management, SIPM).
  • Familiarity with SAP ECC / S4 HANA integration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ariba certification is a plus.
Good to Have:
  • Exposure to Ariba downstream modules (P2P, Buying & Invoicing).
  • Experience in global template rollouts and multi-country implementations.
  • Knowledge of supplier enablement and compliance processes.
