Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced transformation lead to drive procurement innovation. The ideal candidate will spearhead end-to-end implementation projects, managing cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless integration with ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for procurement transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business process improvements.
  • Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for procurement modules.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8–10 years of experience in procurement technology consulting, with strong hands-on experience in Coupa and SAP Ariba.
  • Proven track record of successful implementations and support projects.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
