About Our Data Science Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to lead our clients through their data journey, from strategy through development to operations and adoption, helping them to realize the full value of their data.

With over 14 years of experience, we have been recognized for innovation, technology excellence, and the consistent delivery of highest-quality data services.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in leveraging data, analytics, and artificial intelligence technologies to extract insights, build predictive models, and develop AI-powered solutions.

We utilize exploratory data analysis, statistical modeling, machine learning, model deployment, and integration as well as model monitoring and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Running end-to-end initiatives including business understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Analyzing and interpreting findings.
  • Drawing conclusions and recommendations, including expected benefits and measuring ROI for enhancing business processes.
  • Supporting pre-sales activities and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts.
  • Experience with Generative AI (LLM/LMM) with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) or multi-modal models.
  • Business requirements gathering, transforming them into technical plans, data processing, feature engineering, models evaluation, hypothesis testing, and model deployment.
  • Fluency in Python and working knowledge of SQL and vector databases.
  • Skill with DS/ML/CVGenAI/NLP libraries such as NumPy, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, and GenAI APIs like OpenAI/Gemini.

Desirable Skills

  • Big data and distributed environments.
  • Commercial experience proven by multiple successful projects in Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, or Computer Vision.

General Requirements

  • Good computer programming skills and familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Azure cloud resources and Databricks expertise.
  • Docker for containerization.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Ability to come up with creative solutions to address customer problems.
  • Lead small technical teams on projects.
