Business Data Expert

We are seeking a skilled Business Data Expert to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining data models within the SAP HANA environment to support business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Modeling: Create and maintain scalable data models that meet business needs in the SAP HANA environment.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI, leveraging data models and CDS views.
  • Collaboration & Translation: Work with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into actionable data solutions.
  • Data Optimization: Ensure data consistency, integrity, and availability by optimizing data structures.
  • Integration & Support: Provide integration support for data across multiple systems and platforms.
  • Performance Tuning: Participate in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to data models.
  • Data Governance: Ensure compliance with data governance, quality, and security standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Data Modeling: 6+ years of experience in data modeling with strong expertise in SAP HANA.
  • Power BI Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Power BI for reporting, visualization, and building interactive dashboards.
  • Data Architecture Knowledge: Strong knowledge of data architecture, schema design, entity relationship modeling, and performance optimization.
  • SAP Data Structures: Proficiency with SAP data structures, CDS views, and Fiori analytical apps.
  • ETL & System Integrations: Experience with ETL processes, SQL, and system integrations.
  • Problem-Solving & Communication: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
