AWS Devops Architect Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of highly scalable, reliable, and fault-tolerant infrastructure utilizing AWS services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Architecture and Design: Lead the design of highly available, resilient, and scalable AWS infrastructure solutions. Develop and implement architectural designs for complex systems to ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability.
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance of applications and infrastructure, employing advanced techniques to optimize configurations and resource utilization.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with development and operations teams to define infrastructure requirements and provide expert guidance on best practices.
  • Process Improvement: Spearhead continuous enhancements in the Change Management process to ensure controlled and efficient deployment of changes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Troubleshooting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance software development and deployment processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Requirements:

  • Cloud Architecture: 5+ years of experience designing and implementing cloud-based infrastructure using AWS.
  • DevOps Practices: Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, including automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
