Cloud HCM Functional Architect

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Cloud HCM Functional Architect.

This role will play a highly strategic part in enabling successful go-lives for HCM Cloud implementation projects.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Resolving issues in implementation projects
  • Building POCs during the sales cycle
  • Enhancing existing tools & accelerators
  • Building new tools & accelerators
  • Identifying and resolving issues during test cycles

With expertise in multiple HCM Cloud modules and exposure to the entire suite, you'll provide subject matter expertise across the functional capacity. Experience with ODA is also required. As a functional lead/architect, you've successfully implemented HCM Cloud for one or more geographies.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable application architectures and contributing to the development of solutions that meet business needs.
