Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineering Platform Architect to join our team. This role requires expertise in designing, implementing, and managing scalable cloud-based platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Design: Design and implement a highly available platform ensuring 24/7 uptime and no downtime during core business hours.
  • CLOUD Infrastructure Automation: Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization frameworks.
  • Disaster Recovery Strategy: Design and implement a disaster recovery strategy with a 1-hour RTO.
  • Data Management: Automate backup and restoration processes ensuring 100% data recovery.
  • Security: Implement role-based access controls (RBAC) across systems and pipelines.
  • Data Encryption: Enforce data encryption standards (data at rest, in transit, cryptographic key management).
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with corporate and industry security standards.
  • Authentication and Authorization: Integrate Okta SSO and implement OAuth/SAML-based authentication.
  • Access Control: Manage secure authentication and authorization for developers, admins, and service accounts.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Dev, Infra, and Security teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Leadership: Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to DevOps and platform engineers.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering.
  • Expertise: Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Senior DevOps Engineer handling enterprise-grade platforms.
  • CLOUD Platforms: Strong expertise with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for HA, DR, and backup solutions.
  • IAM Protocols: Deep knowledge of IAM protocols (OAuth, SAML, SSO) and Okta.
  • Security Frameworks: Strong understanding of RBAC, data encryption, and compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC2, etc.).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, architecture design, and stakeholder management skills.
