Job Title

An experienced Associate Manager is required to oversee the technical operations of our organization.

Role Responsibilities
  • Monitor and investigate system logs, identifying and resolving issues in Windows, VMware, and Hyper-V environments.
  • Apply troubleshooting and resolution steps based on findings, utilizing knowledge bases for repetitive issues.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior experts and coordinate with external vendor technicians for issue resolution.
  • Automate monitoring tasks using scripting to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Prepare detailed reports outlining action plans for the next shift engineer and ensure adherence to established processes.
  • Track service level agreement (SLA) compliance, escalate deviations, and ensure ticket closure post user/customer communication.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science.
  • Certifications: Operating System 201, Windows Server Administration, VMware Virtualization Fundamentals.
  • Experience with antivirus management tools, kernel patching, virtualization, and system monitoring.
  • Strong project management skills, including troubleshooting, investigation, and process compliance.
  • Ability to manage and follow escalation procedures.
