Job Title: Data Science Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science Lead to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques, and business strategies through data analysis.

Responsibilities:

  1. Mine and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  2. Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experience, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other business outcomes.
  3. Formulate queries and extract data from databases to perform analysis for business development.
  4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
  5. Campaign tracking and optimization (email, push, in-app, etc.).
  6. Conduct customer behavior studies to provide insights into consumer behavior.
  7. Manage and provide insights for growth programs as ideated by the strategy team.
  8. Ideate and track KPIs.
  9. Conduct funnel analysis and A/B testing and optimize results.
  10. CTR and CVR improvement ownership based on analysis.
  11. Identify trends in consumer behavior and provide insights for bonus, cashback, and discount schemes.
  12. Create MIS reports as required.
  13. Create visually rich presentations for investors and internal purposes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics.
  • Strong programming skills in languages like Python, R, or SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
