This role is a fantastic opportunity to implement data quality processes and procedures ensuring that data is reliable and trustworthy. Data Analyst will extract actionable insights from data to help the organisation improve its operations, optimise resources, and drive business growth.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality data-driven insights to support informed decision-making across the organisation. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design and implement effective data solutions, and provide expert guidance on data analysis and interpretation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and databases to support business needs;
  • Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and present findings in a clear and actionable way;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and develop data-driven solutions to address these issues;
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analysis and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organisation;
  • Mentor and train junior team members in data analysis techniques and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field;
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a fast-paced business environment;
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R programming languages;
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to distill complex technical information into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
