Key Responsibilities:
- To lead quality assurance and testing functions with extensive experience in Manual & Automation Testing in Payments Domain.
- Strong technical knowledge in Payment Applications, Infrastructure, and Automation tools.
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management.
- To drive automation testing across all workstreams to improve the efficiency of overall testing cycle.
- To manage a large team of employees including Managers, Team Leads, and Test Engineers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 17-23 years of experience in Manual & Automation Testing in Payments Domain.
- Extensive experience in ATM, Payment, and Cards domain with sound knowledge of Payment schemes/networks and certification process.
- Strong technical knowledge in Payment Applications, Infrastructure, and Automation tools.
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management.
