Employee Central Consultant Job

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Employee Central Consultant to join our team. As an Employee Central Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring Employee Central modules to meet client needs, supporting system enhancements, upgrades & maintenance, leading integration efforts with other HR systems, conducting testing (unit, integration, UAT), troubleshooting configuration & performance issues, documenting configurations, processes & user guides.

About the Role:

  • Configure Employee Central modules to meet client requirements.
  • Support system enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance.
  • Lead integration efforts with other HR systems.
  • Conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing.
  • Troubleshoot configuration and performance issues.
  • Document configurations, processes, and user guides.

Requirements:

  • Excellent technical skills, particularly in Employee Central.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems and processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with Employee Central or similar HR systems.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
