SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Specialist

As a key professional in our HR consulting team, you will be responsible for configuring Employee Central modules to meet client needs, supporting system enhancements, upgrades & maintenance, leading integration efforts with other HR systems, conducting testing (unit, integration, UAT), troubleshooting configuration & performance issues, and documenting configurations, processes & user guides.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure Employee Central modules to meet client needs
- Support system enhancements, upgrades & maintenance
- Lead integration efforts with other HR systems
- Conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT)
- Troubleshoot configuration & performance issues
- Document configurations, processes & user guides
- EC Core, EC Time with any one of other modules experience. - must have
