Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors EC with Payroll Consultant

The role of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant is pivotal in implementing and configuring employee-centric solutions for clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solution, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Provide technical expertise in system configuration, troubleshooting, and non-functional support of the platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee project execution, identifying and mitigating potential risks and challenges.
  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in SAP SF Employee Central and HR Enablement, staying updated on the latest features and functionalities.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
  • Subject matter expert for SAP SF Employee Central and HR Enablement, with in-depth knowledge of system configuration and non-functional technical support.
  • Experience with SpinifexIT Easy Reporter & Easy Clone, with a proven track record of successfully implementing these tools.
