Job Title: Cloud Native Architect

We seek a skilled DevOps expert with expertise in designing, implementing and optimizing cloud-native infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure Strategy:
    • Create end-to-end architecture for cloud-based workloads.
    • Design multi-environment, multi-region architectures for high availability and disaster recovery.
    • Establish best practices for container orchestration, scaling and governance.
    • Advise on cost optimization strategies for cloud resources.
  • Cloud Expertise:
    • Architect and provision AKS clusters with features like autoscaling, private cluster configuration and network isolation.
    • Integrate AKS with supporting services such as Azure Monitor, Managed Prometheus & Grafana and Azure Container Registry.
  • DevOps & Automation:
    • Design Infrastructure as Code solutions with Terraform, Bicep or ARM templates.
    • Implement GitOps workflows for automated deployments.
    • Define CI/CD architecture using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
  • Security & Compliance:
    • Architect RBAC and security models for access control.
    • Integrate security scanning for container images and Kubernetes workloads.
    • Ensure alignment with compliance frameworks and governance policies.
  • Monitoring, Logging & Observability:
    • Architect observability solutions using Azure Monitor, Managed Prometheus and Grafana.
    • Establish automated alerting and incident response playbooks.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Architecture or related roles.
  • 5+ years hands-on experience with deep expertise in Kubernetes architecture, Azure networking and IaC tools.
  • Strong technical expertise in container security and governance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
  • Experience with service mesh architectures and workload migration to AKS.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
  • Ability to lead design workshops and architecture reviews.
  • Strategic problem-solver with hands-on implementation skills.
