Cloud Native DevOps Lead

We are seeking an experienced DevOps professional with strong expertise in Azure Cloud to lead and manage our DevOps team and practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, and cloud-native development on Azure.
- Design, implement, and maintain DevOps pipelines across development, testing, and production environments.
- Drive automation of infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools like Terraform or ARM templates.
- Manage and optimize CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Azure Monitor or Prometheus.
- Establish security best practices within Azure, including secrets management and compliance.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to align DevOps practices with business goals.
- Lead incident response and post-mortem activities for critical production issues.
Mentor and guide a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 6+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform and its core services.
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) – Terraform or ARM templates.
- Familiarity with source control systems like Git and platforms like GitHub or Azure Repos.
