We seek a skilled Interior Design Drafter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, strong technical proficiency, and a passion for creating inspiring interior spaces.
This role plays a crucial part in transforming design concepts into precise technical drawings and plans, ensuring seamless project execution.
Your Responsibilities- Collaborate with interior designers and architects to develop preliminary design concepts and layouts.
- Translate design concepts into detailed technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using CAD software.
- Evaluate accuracy and compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
- Prepare material and finish specifications, schedules, and quantities as required.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors to facilitate design plan implementation.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation, including revisions and updates.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience working as an Interior Design Draftsman or similar role in the interior design or architecture industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software.
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles and green building practices is a plus.
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹6,00,000 - ₹8,50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
