About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Luxury Interior Design Draftsman to join our dynamic team at 32ND, a legacy real estate company with a focus on luxury commercial and residential projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, strong technical proficiency, and a passion for creating inspiring interior spaces that exceed client expectations.

As a Luxury Interior Design Draftsman at 32ND, you will play a crucial role in transforming design concepts into precise technical drawings and plans, ensuring the seamless execution of high-end projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with interior designers and architects to develop preliminary design concepts and layouts for luxury hospitality and residential projects.
  • Translate design concepts into detailed technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using CAD software.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications for luxury properties.
  • Prepare material and finish specifications, schedules, and quantities as required for high-end projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors to facilitate the implementation of design plans for luxury properties.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience working as an Interior Design Draftsman or similar role in the interior design or architecture industry, preferably on luxury projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software.
  • Hands-on site work is preferred, showcasing a strong understanding of on-the-ground operations for luxury properties.
  • Strong knowledge of drafting techniques, standards, and best practices for luxury interior design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders on high-end projects.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision, particularly for complex luxury designs.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a willingness to adapt to changing project requirements for luxury properties.
